Jungle Fun

March 22, 2019

The children’s Fives skills are coming on well – there were some excellent rallies this week.

And we have been having considering some interesting investigations to carry out on the range of tea bags we are collecting now.

The children have wowed us with some superb persuasive speech writing based on Clara Lemlich’s fight for girls’ right to an education in the USA in the 1900’s.  We look forward to sharing these with you at Family Friday on April 5th.

Congratulations to all the children who performed so brilliantly in The Jungle Book this week; it was very special to see our first performance at Storey’s Field Centre.

I have asked the children to bring pencil cases home today for a sort out.  They do not need a pencil case at all, but if they wish to bring one to school it needs to be small and only contain pencils, handwriting pens, coloured pencils and a ruler and pencil sharpener.  Nothing else is needed.  Thank you for your support with this.
